Tax Information Packages shipped to an address in New Jersey or paid for by a customer living in New Jersey will be charged 7% state sales tax. Shipping Information We make every effort to ship next business day via UPS Ground and USPS. Charges for shipping, packing & handling will be added to your order according to the following schedule for UPS Ground and USPS:
For Priority Shipping, there will be a flat $39.00 charge for 3 Day delivery, a flat $69.00 charge for 2nd Day delivery and a flat $89.00 charge if Next Day delivery is chosen. If your shipping address is a FPO, APO, or P.O. Box address we must ship these through the US Postal Service by certified mail with return receipt requested. Changing or Canceling an Order If your order has not already entered the fulfillment process, we will try to accommodate requests made for changing or canceling an order if we are notified within two hours of the original order by phone (1-973-227-2294) or email customerservice@tgcgifts.com. Once the order has entered the fulfillment process, we may not be able to make changes. If the order has already entered the fulfillment process, you can return the item/s for credit, less shipping charges. Return Policy At TGC, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days for a prompt refund less shipping charges. Your satisfaction is our goal.
